The Duo 2 Mini is a low-profile PCIe card that features four bidirectional mini BNC SDI inputs/outputs. These multi-rate connections accept 3G/HD/SD-SDI input and output signals, providing support for resolutions from SD to HD 1080p60. Additionally, the DeckLink Duo 2 Mini includes a reference input and supports 16 channels of 48 kHz 24-bit audio.

What do you mean by "four bidirectional BNC SDI inputs/outputs"? can I plug a screen and use it as an output as well?

Each of the connections may be configured as either an input or an output but obviously not at the same time.

The card can input and output video up to 1080p60. Support for SDI Color Precision and Video Sampling rates is different for input and output at different rates. The card supports 8 and 10-bit YUV 4:2:2 in all modes. 8 and 10-bit RGB 4:4:4 in all modes up to 1080p30. And 12-bit RGB 4:4:4 on playback only up to 1080p30.

This card can input and output video up to 1080p60. If that camera outputs 3G-SDI in 8/10-bit YUV 4:2:2 and complies with SMPTE standards then it should work with this card.
