  • Soundcraft Notepad-12FX Small-Format Analog Mixing Console with USB I/O and Lexicon Effects

The Notepad-12FX from Soundcraft is a small-format, 12-channel analog mixing console with an integrated 4x4 USB audio interface and built-in Lexicon effects, well suited for music production, podcasts, video production, interviews, rehearsals, writing sessions, and mobile events. The mixer combines professional-grade analog components such as four microphone preamps with combo XLR-1/4" inputs, 3-band EQ, and 100 Hz high-pass filters. Additionally, inputs 1 and 3 offer Hi-Z instrument inputs for incorporating guitars and other high-impedance instruments.

Channels 1-8 include gain/trim controls, and all channels feature an aux send, a pan knob, and level controls. Channels 5/6 and 7/8 feature 1/4" line-level inputs, while channels 9/10 include stereo RCA inputs. Channels 11/12 include 1/4" inputs and double as an external FX return for feeding an outboard effects processor. Outputs include Master L/R on XLR, a 1/4" aux send, and a dedicated 1/4" headphone output with selectable monitoring of the master bus or USB return 3/4. The on-board effects include delay with tap-tempo, reverb, chorus, and karaoke. The master section offers a master fader and four LED meters with -20, 0, +6 dB, and peak settings. The Notepad-12FX features a durable metal enclosure and ships with an external power supply.

  • JBL 1 Series 104 Compact Powered Desktop Reference Monitors

Designed for desktop applications, the JBL 1 Series 104 comprises a pair of monitors suitable for both consumer and critical referencing. These monitors employ a coaxial design to give you a smooth representation of the frequency spectrum, so that you have a more accurate picture of the sonic information coming your way. As such, these speakers are useful for home-recording studios, podcasters, video editors who pay attention to sound, and anyone looking for accurate, yet portable monitors.

A 4.5" low-frequency driver and a 0.75" high-frequency driver are situated in a coaxial design, while a 60W amplifier distributes 30W of Class-D power to each speaker. Set your monitoring level with the front-panel volume knob on the master speaker, and you'll find accurate sonic representation at any volume. The frequency response is 60 Hz to 20 kHz, but a low-frequency port ensures presence in the low registers to better judge bass content.

Inputs are made possible through balanced 1/4" jacks, a 3.5mm termination for auxiliary devices, or through unbalanced RCA connections. A front-panel headphone jack on the master speaker mutes the speakers and outputs signal directly to your favorite pair of cans. Included with the monitors are a 6.6' extension monitor speaker wire, a 3.5mm to RCA audio cable (perfect for stereo receivers, for example), and a power cable.

    Key Features at a Glance

    • Contoured low-frequency port
    • Integrated 60W Class-D power amplifier

    • Acoustically optimized for desktop placement
    • 3 sets of inputs allow connection with professional equipment, personal music players, and consumer products

  • AKG K92 Closed-Back Studio Headphones

The K92 from AKG is a closed-back and over-the-ear studio headphone that features professional-grade 40mm drivers and a self-adjusting headband that is light and comfortable. It can be used with a broad range of playback devices in applications for rehearsals, recording studios, live stages, and more.

The K92 headphones are built with a single-sided non-detachable 1/8" TRS 9.8' cable and include a 1/4" screw-on adapter. The frequency response is 16 Hz to 20 kHz and provides an accurate monitoring solution, which delivers extended low-frequency that gives definition to kick drums and bass guitars. Furthermore, since earpads are usually the first components to show wear, these are replaceable to protect your investment over time. Finally, whether you're tracking the hook or mixing background harmonies, the K92 is designed to provide hours of comfort.

    Professional Drivers
The 40mm drivers deliver high sensitivity for a powerful output, plus an extended frequency response that reveals every detail. The K92s also feature a low-impedance design for compatibility with a broad range of playback devices, from professional studio gear to portable music players
    Closed-Back Design
The K92 headphones' closed-back design eliminates audio leakage and delivers sound to your ears only. The microphone won't pick up the sound of the click track in your headphones - and you'll always be able to mix peacefully without being distracted by outside noise
    Comfortable Listening
The self-adjusting headband automatically creates the perfect fit for every band member. No need to mess with delicate sizing mechanisms, which have the potential to break over time. Breathable, lightweight earpads encircle your ears, rather than putting pressure on them. And a single-sided cable gives you freedom to move
    Professional Build Quality
Replaceable earpads are usually the first components to wear, so to protect your investment over time these earpads are replaceable
