Does it power completely off when the power button is pressed while on battery?
If the power button is pressed on the ANDYCINE A7 it will draw power when the light is on. Removing the battery would eliminate this issue. Power does not completely shut down when a battery is attached.

If you display the histogram on the monitor does that overlay appear on the loop through signal as well?
On the Andycine A7- 4K HDMI & 3G-SDI Input/Output 1920x1200 On-Camera Monitor, as with other similar monitors, the HDMI loop through is a bypass signal, carrying over the image from the input. It will not carry over displays from the monitor.

I have purchased 2 of these monitors from you. Can i attach Samsung T7 portable ssd to this monitor to record 4k UHD signal ?
No, the ANDYCINE A7 7" 4K HDMI & 3G-SDI Input/Output 1920×1200 On-Camera Monitor would not allow recording using a USB-C SSD. A monitor that supports 4k recording and USB-C drives for recording would be:
