The support's top plate has a reversible 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting screw to attach a camera directly to it, or for a tripod head. The top plate also has set screws to completely lock the head in place.

The monopod's foam grip prevents your hands from feeling cold during the winter months, and a wrist strap adds security from losing your grip. The included belt clip allows you to carry the support on your belt while traveling. A spike extends out by retracting the foot, so the monopod stabilizes on ice, rocks, or softer terrain.

The 6-section aluminum tubes create a rigid, compact, and lightweight monopod weighing just over a pound.

No, the tripod foot of the lens attaches directly to the monopod.
