The SHAPE Cage with Swivel Rod Clamp and 6" 15mm Rod for Atomos Shinobi Monitor enables mounting your Shinobi cage onto a camera support rig with 15mm rods. The formfitting, CNC-machined aluminum cage is designed to protect your Shinobi monitor while providing increased mounting options without impinging on any of the functionality. Your monitor fits securely into the cage and is held in place with the two included 1/4"-20 mounting screws. The cage incorporates two cold shoes on the top, allowing you to mount accessories.

Shape does say that the SHAPE Cage with Swivel Rod Clamp and 6" 15 mm Rod for Atomos Shinobi Monitor is compatible with the original Atomos sun hood, which is the model below. It does not work with Atomos B&H # ATOMSUN009.

No, the SHAPE Cage with Swivel Rod Clamp and 6" 15mm Rod for Atomos Shinobi Monitor is compatible with the Atomos Shinobi 5" 4K HDMI Monitor and not the Atomos Shinobi 7" 4K HDMI/SDI Monitor.
