Yes, this is compatible with the Sony A7C. As far as we are aware, Godox products made for Sony have not run into any compatibility issues thus far.

Has color cast been addressed in recent SKU's, or does it still have a green cast if used in conjunction with neutral ligts?
Godox V1 Flash does not have a color cast unless it is mixed with other Godox lights such as the Wistro or AD200.
