Kodak Professional T-MAX Developer is a liquid concentrate black and white film developer helping to produce expanded shadow detail and maintain accurate tonal reproduction with normally processed and push-processed roll films. This concentrate is a buffered solution designed to be diluted with water at 1:4 for easy mixing for small tank and rotary tube development. This 1-liter bottle contains enough concentrate to make 5 liters of working solution. Professional T-MAX developer is designed for one-shot use and should not be replenished. It is meant for roll film only and not recommended for use with sheet films.

Kodak T-MAX Film Developer 2019 Version Reviews
Great Developer for T-Max 400
I use T-Max 400 4x5, pushed to 1250iso, and this is the best developer for that application. Shadow values are reasonably well supported in low light conditions. Best film/developer combination I have found for this application. Sadly the film is one among the most expensive options.
Great dev but way too expensive now
I cut my teeth using this developer because I found myself shooting mostly T grain films like Acros and Delta, which this developer was specifically formulated to process, so I just kinda stuck with it. I find the grain to be very fine and sharpness high. The mixing is an easy 1:4 ratio and it seems to have a decent shelf life once opened. Unfortunately though, Kodak has priced me out of buying it anymore. It was already an expensive developer then at $18 but now at $28 a bottle, I have to throw in the towel. Sorry but that's way above my ceiling for film developer. I have since switched to Legacy Pro LMAX, a TMax clone, and it works just as well for more than half the price. I see no reason to go back to Kodak at this point. Why is Kodak making it so hard for people to give them their money?
