Yes, the SmallRig Shotgun Microphone Holder (Cold Shoe) should fit the very compact Deity D4 duo mic. The Smallrig mount is designed to work with microphones 0.7 to 1" in Diameter. If the mount is not tight, you can use a small piece of foam like a thin mousepad, or rubber bands to make it fit.
