The Denon AH-D9200 are flagship over-ear premium headphones with an elegant Japanese bamboo wood housing and proprietary 50mm FreeEdge dynamic drivers made with a nanofiber diaphragm to provide detailed, accurate sound. The drivers utilize Neodymium magnets that measure at over 1 Tesla for a clean, and virtually distortion-free signal.
The nanofiber diaphragm was chosen for its rigidity and low mass, which cancel out unwanted resonances ensuring a clean, clear, and accurate signal. The drivers are mounted on vibration-reducing engineered resin baffles, allowing the soft, compliant surround materials to move easier in response to the music signal without flexing or distorting. Additionally, the Bamboo housing offers inherent acoustic properties that provide enhanced sound dampening for a warm, yet accurate sound reproduction.
The AH-D9200 has an impedance of 24 ohms and offers a frequency response of 5 Hz to 56 kHz. The soft, Japanese leather covered memory foam earpads provide maximum comfort for extended listening sessions. The aluminum diecast hanger has a genuine leather headband for comfort and durability.
The headphones include a 9.8' 1/4" cable and a 4.3' 3.5mm cable made with silver-plated oxygen-free copper (OFC) cable to ensure the highest quality cable connection for Hi-Fi listening experiences. A luxury hard case, cleaning cloth, and 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter are also included.
