f-stop Pro ICU Reviews
Better than mid shallow
Almost everything I use fits in the small pro ICU with extra room at the top. I can leave the grip on my camera. I should have bought this instead of the shallow medium ICU. Totally regret it.
This holds a lot of gear for being a small
The dimensions of this bag are just about perfect for my kit. Thanks to the extra depth of the PRO version (compared to the Shallow), I can stand the Nikon 14-24 f/2.8, 24-120 f/4 and Nikon Z8 on end … the depth of the bag is essentially a perfect match to the length of these items. Those three standing on end fit across the long dimension of the bag perfectly. And then there's enough room to lay down the Nikon 100-400 f/4.5-5.6 lens next to the other items. Finally, wrap the 1.4x or 2.0x teleconverter in its small cloth bag and it fits on top of the small end of the 100-400 lens, snuggled between the edge of the bag and the lens foot. It's packed full, but if you want to travel with a lot of kit in a small padded case, it can be done with this unit. If you want room for batteries, strap, cards, etc, you'll have to leave a lens at home … or put them in a different case … or go for a medium icu.
