Meike MK-AF1 Reviews
Meike MK-RF-AF1 Extension Tubes

I was pleased with the build quality of these extension tubes. The fit with my Canon R5 and RF lenses was snug, tighter than a Canon to Canon coupling. I see nothing wrong with this, it's just different. My main use is with the Canon RF 100mm macro and the results were excellent, just as I expected.
Does the trick

Enables closer focusing while maintaining autofocus, etc. Secures well to camera and lenses. No complaints!

Would inserting one of these (or any tele ...
Would inserting one of these (or any tele converter) between the RF 100-500 lens and the RF 1.4X (or 2.0) tele extender, allow the lens to extend BELOW 300 mm? If so, would the lens then NOT be able to focus to infinity? Thanks.
This is not specific to the combination you describe. There was a 2x Macro focusing teleconverter made by Vivitar back in the 80's which combined a 2x teleconverter with a helicoid (focusing ring) extension. The 2x converter was fixed at the lens mount in relation to the image plane. The extension moved the lens away from the camera as you describe in your question. So, according to that example your idea should work... B&H has these for sale used https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/802340661-USE/vivitar_246952_2x_macro_teleconverter_for.html
However, the same end-result would be achieved by placing the TC on the lens and the extension between the converter and camera.
