Can I monitor audio with my bluetooth connected ...

Can I monitor audio with my bluetooth connected wireless headphones from my iphone that has the app and is also connected to the Tentacle via bluetooth?
Asked by: Edward
Since TRACK E firmware version 2.0.3 you are able to wirelessly monitor TRACK audio during recording with the Setup App on your smartphone via Bluetooth. To get this new feature you need to update your TRACK E with the firmware and update your Setup App for iOS or Android. How it works: Open the Setup App and go into the TRACK E's menu. By long pressing the speaker button, audio monitoring will be activated and a pop-up window with two selectable modes will appear: EARPIECE MONITORING - Monitoring via smartphone earpiece is activated as soon as the smartphone id held close to the ear LOUDSPEAKER MONITORING - Monitoring via smartphone speaker is activated by clicking on the speaker button. All headphones recommended by the smartphone manufacturer can be used for this Note: Wireless Audio Monitoring on Android is only supported on Android 10 (API Level 29) and higher. The use of Bluetooth can lead to a device-dependent, time lag during monitoring. This increases, if Bluetooth headphones are also used.

If I use a Tentacle with a Zoom H6, recording the timecode audio in one channel and at the audio output of the H6 I connect it to a camera via 3.5mm. Can post-production synchronize the timecode audio generated by the Tentacle of the h6 and the camera?
Asked by: owen
The Zoom H6's line output downmixes all channels to stereo. The only way to preserve isolation would be to record your timecode and audio as a stereo channel, with each panned hard left/right.

will this device work with other lav mics? If I wanted to plug in a rode or sennheiser lav, would all the functions work?
Asked by: Richard
This pocket recorder can use any mic wired with the Sennheiser wiring, and with a locking 3.5mm connector. These include Sennheisr, Rode and other brands like Countryman and Tram,. PLease be aware that Sony wired lav mics will NOT work with this unit, even though they have the same connection.

Can it be sync with timecode with a BMPCC 6K Pro?
Asked by: Jaime J
You sync a TRACK E audio recorder and SYNC E timecode generator, then connect the SYNC E to the Mic input of the BMPCC 6K. This way you'll have TRACK E and camera synchronized.
