I was so excited when I received my JBL compact I immediately unpacked it and hooked it up. What happened when I first started playing was disappointing. .With the volume and gain only 2/3 up, the speaker started to clip. I was about to return it but I decided to upgrade the firmware Good God it worked so great afterwards I could really crank up the volume with no distortion and no clipping. My suggestion after you receive your speaker(s) is up update the latest firmware from JBL. IMPORTANT Also, use the JBL Pro Connect, not JBL Compact Connect to fine tune EQ and other settings.

The manufacturer has not provided a spec for the internal depth of the pole mount socket. Judging from the mounting portion on a tripod stand, I would estimate the socket to be approximately 4 to 5" deep.

There is no kit option for the JBL EON ONE Compact All-in-One Rechargeable Personal PA to include only the handheld microphone. However, the handheld mic that is included in the kit is available standalone as BH #POM85.

Yes, you can use two mic inputs and the instrument input at the same time and you can also use the built-in effects on more than one channel at the same time.

No. This JBL EON ONE will not sync/pair with JBL FLIP 5 or other JBL consumer BT portable speakers.

Is there an output that would allow for a mult box for press conferences where cameras are located at the opposite end?

The JBL EON ONE Compact All-in-One Rechargeable Personal PA features a 1x 1/4" TRS Female Output and a 1x 1/8" / 3.5 mm TRS Female Output. Any of these 2 connectors can be used to send an audio signal to a mult box for press conferences.

Unfortunately we do not carry an adapter which would convert a C-stand to a 35mm unthreaded post for mounting speakers such as the JBL EON One.
