Does the light get very hot if used at full power for a prolonged period of time?
This is a 80w LED. While its not as hot as a tungsten lamp of similar output, there is still heat and over prolonged run time if not ventilated the area will warm up.

I believe you will have some fan noise. Really depends how you are capturing sound as to if it will be a problem.
