I believe you will have some fan noise. Really depends how you are capturing sound as to if it will be a problem.

It is super quiet. Fans can only be heard when your ear is closer than 3-6 inches and all you hear is air induction sound not the fan. Be smart with your microphone's pickup pattern and gain on extreme noise isolated cabins.
