This formfitting SmallRig Cage for Sony a6600 Camera provides a variety of mounting options for your a6600 to add a microphone, handle, monitor, or other accessories. Your camera mounts onto the cage via the 1/4"-20 threaded screw, and the included M2.5 screw attaches your camera to the cage through your camera's shoulder strap anchor. The rubberized pads and two screw attachments help prevent your camera from twisting in the cage. It incorporates multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes, as well as a 3/8"-16 hole with ARRI-style anti-twist divots.

I am requesting a recommendation on what flash will fit the A6600 hot shoe with the SmallRig. I appreciated your team trying the Godox V860iii and letting me know it does not fit. Will the HVL-F28RM or HVL-F45RM fit? If not, what flash does fit?
The HVL-F45RM will work with the SmallRig Cage for Sony a6600 on the a6600.

My question wasn't could a strap be used, but can the strap and split rings that came with the camera be used. Doesn't appear so?
This Smallrig cage model has integrated camera strap mounting points and would not use the cameras strap mounting pins or points.

A friend has a cage for his A6600 and can't use his camera strap using the provided split rings that came with the camera. I'm interested in a cage, but what about attaching the camera stra I already have?
