No, the pre-cut foam insert is not available to purchase separately. However, it may be possible to get a replacement foam insert for an existing case through Gator Cases customer support.

The pre-cut foam insert is designed specifically to fit four of the Rode Podmic's, but you could adapt the case to accommodate the Shure SM7B microphones.
