Doesn't fit 5d mkiv

Purchased for my 5d/7d Tilta cage with 5d mkiv , found out it only works for the USB and Run/Stop ports, not the HDMI port. I contacted Tilta about it and they said it only works with the mkiii and is not compatible with the mkiv. When I purchased the clamp it was not listed anywhere on here or tilta that it was not compatible with the mkiv. I think I'll still be able to find a use for it, it seems well made and sturdy.
