I have a rodecaster, and I want to be able to feed Zoom audio during my livestream out USB, into this box, out through the TRS, and into a mic input on the Rodecaster. Will that work?
Yes you can do that. I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but if you are trying to allow communication between the mics connected to the Rodecaster Pro and Zoom; a much simpler solution would be to connect the Rodecaster Pro to the computer that you are using Zoom on via USB and then go to Preferences---> Sound and select the Rodecaster Pro as your audio input/output device for the computer. From there, anyone using mics connected to the Rodecaster Pro should be able to communicate with the caller(s) that you have on Zoom.
