Covering a versatile wide-angle to short-telephoto range, the LUMIX S 24-105mm f/4 Macro O.I.S. from Panasonic is a flexible zoom, featuring a constant f/4 maximum aperture, for L-mount mirrorless cameras. In regard to its optical design, a series of low dispersion and aspherical elements are used to control a variety of aberrations, color fringing, and distortion in order to realize a high degree of sharpness, clarity, and color accuracy. Balancing its optical performance, this zoom is also unique due to is 1:2 maximum magnification ratio and 11.8" minimum focusing distance to suit working with close-up subjects. Additionally, an Optical Image Stabilizer helps to control the effects of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting and the lens sports a weather-sealed design for use in harsh conditions.

Standard 24-105mm zoom is designed for full-frame L-mount mirrorless cameras, however can also be used with APS-C models where it provides a 36-157.5mm equivalent focal length range.
Constant f/4 maximum aperture maintains consistent illumination throughout the zoom range.
Four aspherical elements, including two made from extra-low dispersion glass, help to minimize distortions and spherical aberrations throughout the zoom range in order to maintain edge-to-edge sharpness and illumination.
One ultra extra-low dispersion element and two extra-low dispersion elements greatly reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing in order to produce a high degree of clarity and color accuracy.
Macro design provides half life-size 1:2 magnification ratio and a minimum focusing distance of 11.8" for working with close-up subjects.
Optical Image Stabilizer minimizes the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting, and also supports 5-Axis Dual I.S. 2 for increased stabilization performance.
AF/MF switch permits quick changing between focusing modes and a zoom lock switch can be used to prevent the lens from extending when not in use.
Splash, dust, and freezeproof design benefits working in inclement weather conditions down to -14°F.
Rounded nine-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality.

The Pro 77mm 98-UVATS UV Filter is one of Chiaro’s highest-rated protective UV filters with 98% light transmission. It’s ideal for photographers of all levels who demand high-quality glass and other essential features for excellent image fidelity and construction.

To achieve 98% light transmission, Chiaro uses highly-polished optical glass, multi-coating, and additional advanced elements that improve the filter’s light transmission. A scratch-resistant coating minimizes scratching of the glass and helps assure that water, oil, dust, and fingerprints are removed with a gentle wipe. Its hard-anodized aluminum filter ring is designed to screw on and off effortlessly, and it is thin to prevent vignetting when used with wide-angle lenses. Side knurling helps assure that you’ll have a firm grip when attaching or removing your filter.

98% Light Transmission
Protecting your lens doesn't mean you have to lose optical quality. By using highly-polished optical glass and advanced coatings, Chiaro offers a 98% transmission rate, which is an excellent transmission rate for glass. And the company verifies the ratings with ISO certified lab testing.
Resistance Coating
The layers of advanced resistance coating on the filter are designed to resist moderate scratches, and allow you to easily clean your filter. Water beads up and rolls off your filter, and oil and fingerprints can come off with a gentle wipe. Dust and debris won't adhere to the filter and can be removed with a puff of air.
Polished Optical Glass
Glass that's polished to perfection is essential to achieve a high level of light transmission. The optical glass in this Chiaro filter is highly-polished for flatness that ensures excellent optical clarity.
Multi-Coating
Multi-coating enhances light transmission to the demanding level set for all Chiaro filters. It reduces unwanted internal reflections and ghosting that can compromise your images.
UV Protection
The filter blocks UV light and reduces the bluish cast of daylight that can affect color accuracy, especially at higher altitudes.
Hard Anodized Aluminum Construction
The process of hard anodizing toughens and strengthens the aluminum for a lightweight yet durable filter ring.
Slim Design

Top and Side Knurling

This lens will stay "glued" to my SL3 Reporter. It's excellent from 24mm to 105mm. With IBIS and OIS, handholding long exposures is easy-peasy. And the price is very reasonable, IMHO.

Coming from Micro 43, this lens is definitely bigger than heavier than Micro 43 lenses I used to have. It is very versatile though because it covers a good focal length from wide angle to portrait plus the advantage of 1:2 macro capability. It is a great all-rounder lens.

Hello! The camera is dust and splash-resistant, however this will not prevent the entry of dust or water droplets completely. Please attach it to a digital camera that is dust and splash-resistant. -C
