Can this be used to power Godox SZ150R Zoom RGB LED Monolight? The light specs say 36VDC & 4pin XLR which is what this has???

No, the Godox High-Capacity Battery for AD1200 Pro (36V, 5200mAh) is very specific. And is only for the AD1200 Pro. Note, the Godox SZ150R Zoom RGB LED is not made to run on a battery.

No, you may not. The Godox High-Capacity Battery for AD1200 Pro (36V, 5200mAh) has a watt-hour rating of 187.2 Wh. As of the date/time of this reply, lithium-ion batteries between 101-160 Wh first require airline approval prior to being given permission to carry on their airline. As the Godox High-Capacity Battery for AD1200 Pro (36V, 5200mAh) is over the 160 Wh rating, it cannot be carried on airline flights.
