Used it about 12 times, it sat (fully charged) for about 5 months and wouldn't charge after that.

You can find plenty of positive Godox reviews from me on this site - including one for the AD1200 that this battery powers. Ultimately the lights are continuously improving - but the negative reviews stemming from battery issues aren't a lie. This is my third battery. The one that came with it lasted fewer than 1,000 shots. The replacement lasted fewer than 200. I am not expecting a lot out of this one. This is a HUGE problem that needs correcting immediately. Bargain lights only remain bargains if you aren't quadrupling the price by having to buy parts to keep them running. The worst part is that it is difficult to find any support from Godox. I should not have had to have paid a penny - yet I am very out of pocket and fully expect garbage and at least another battery if I don't want to just lose 100% of my investment and hang the light up. The vast majority of my Godox kit - including every single one of my flashes - works flawlessly. Of my 3 AD300s and 3 AD100s I have had two bad batteries - but I have kept spares and those aren't horribly priced. My AD600BM is on its 3rd battery - though that is after a lot of use. But my 1 yearish old AD1200 is on battery three. Ugh. Fix this Godox.

Can this be used to power Godox SZ150R Zoom RGB LED Monolight? The light specs say 36VDC & 4pin XLR which is what this has???
No, the Godox High-Capacity Battery for AD1200 Pro (36V, 5200mAh) is very specific. And is only for the AD1200 Pro.
Note, the Godox SZ150R Zoom RGB LED is not made to run on a battery.
