This MCS Framatic Fineline Aluminum Frame, in black, features a glass window size of 18 x 24", and the overall size of the frame is just slightly larger. MCS's Fineline edition has a minimalist, elegant design with thin aluminum framing. The glass window is provided without any sharp edges.

I knew that these frames weren't going to be the end-all in terms of quality, but I'm very happy with the overall quality of the frames, given their price. The construction is all aluminum with glass instead of plexi, and since I always mount my photos on archival backing boards, I knew that I wasn't going to use the included compressed cardboard backing board provided by the manufacturer, given that it's not acid-free to begin with. I also wasn't a fan of the saw-toothed clips that are included for hanging the frames, as it was much easier for me to use rail-mounted clips for use with a standard wire hanging setup. Other than the minor quibbles, I'm very happy with this purchase.
I purchased two frames. They arrived with crushed glass. The frame metal is extremely thin. The mounting mechanism is sub-standard. I recommend to look for a quality frame elsewhere.
