The glass window of this white Framatic Metro Frame from MCS measures 5 x 7", and the overall size of the frame is just slightly larger. The size of the skinny white paper mat is also 5 x 7".
Rather than being made from cut and joined lengths of pre-finished molding, the Metro frame features a 1/4" thick panel of MDF laser-cut into a frame without mitered corner joints. Wood molding is attached to the back, creating the space for backing and up to 5/16" of artwork. The frame is painted after assembly to create a clean, classic look.
