Yes, each channel has both 3.5mm stereo TRS and 1/4&quot; stereo TRS headphone outputs.

Yes. It runs internally on 12V so you can use it in the field. For countries with 220V you will need a step down transformer since the supplied power connector is 110V.

Does it have any voltage gain? I'd like something to make an existing headphone output louder.

Yes it does. I often run it from the headphone output on my mixer and you do get a reasonable increase in volume when turned right up on the HA43
