The included 12 VDC supply is 120 VAC 60 Hz only. It is not compatible with most electrical systems outside North America.

Does it have any voltage gain? I'd like something to make an existing headphone output louder.
Yes it does. I often run it from the headphone output on my mixer and you do get a reasonable increase in volume when turned right up on the HA43
