Check out the Rolls DB14b, a special purpose direct box that accepts unbalanced stereo RCA and 3.5mm TRS inputs and outputs the signal to a summed XLR output. It's well suited for AV presentations from a laptop or rehearsing with backing tracks for a live performance. The DB14b also includes a stereo RCA output and features left and right volume controls as well as a ground lift to eliminate hum. The unit is passive and requires no power to operate.
