Finally a lens support whose lens support arms make full contact with the lens barrel. This works with all of my Rokinon Cine DSX lenses and Mitakon Zhongyi Speedmaster lenses on my GH5 cameras with Smallrig cages and quick releases. If you my same this setup and keep your lenses attached to your cameras for extended periods, be sure to buy the 1.4 vertical adjustment version.
Too high and misaligned

I dont know if its my camera's or rig's fault but the support never perfectly aligns with the lens and is always out of center. Its whole form factor is too big too to fit other bulkier lens where you might need to increase the height from the rods to lens just to be able to use this. Havent used it since I bought it. Still good tho if you can find a way to fit it in your rig.

Where may I find the lens tie down strap that loops through the holes in the ends of the "Y" bracket?
There is no custom solution for the SmallRig 15mm LWS Universal Lens Support strap. Possibly a shoelace or Zip Tie solution could work. Another solution that could possibly work is the following Strap from Cavision.
