This Pelican 9430 Remote Area Lighting System Gen 3 is a stand-alone head, mast, and battery system suited for fire, rescue, emergency, and military applications. The 9430 consists of a power unit with a 125° LED array on a mast that extends up to 32.2" in height. Operation and setup is fast and very intuitive. The head and mast fold neatly into the battery base, minimizing space concerns. This improved version boasts 3000 lumens of output on the high setting and gets 15 hours of runtime on a fully charged battery on the 1500-lumen low setting.
Folded up, the system measures 16.8 x 9.1 x 7.9" and weighs 22.7 pounds. The head measures 7.9 x 6.5 x 2.6". The body and head are made of polycarbonate and ABS plastic, the lens is polycarbonate, and the mast is glass-reinforced plastic.
