B&H should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving their customers like this. The pictures of this item display the stand and microphone arm all together in one piece, making me assume that both pieces are included. Nowhere in the listing does it indicate that those are separate components and this is arm only. Only upon receiving the item I realized the missing component. I contacted B&H customer service that took no effort to correct their mistake of misleading the customer in any way and just sent me on my merry way. I hope this review gets published and not censored and that B&H takes actions to correct their mistake and not mislead more people. I'm shocked and disappointed that this is even possible from a company with such a high reputation like B&H

On the K&M 260 straight stand, removing the pole extension fromn the base would allow the boom to be inserted into the 260.

the bottom of this boom arm is designed to fit into an existing mic stand, the 5/8" thread listed is at the top on the boom arm, to allow for industry standard a mic clip/holder for a microphone.
