the adapter is indeed made of metal. No idea why I keep thinking it's plastic - perhaps the finish.

Is this adapter for 39mm Leica mount?

The TTArtisan Leica M Lens to FUJIFILM-X-Mount Camera Adapter is for Leica M mount. It is not for 39mm Leica.

Does this support Voigtlander Nokton 35mm f/1.2 Aspherical I?

Yes it is compatible with your Voigtlander lens. The Fuji camera would need to be set to release without a lens and full manual operation only.
