Extend the reach of select L-mount lenses with the Sigma TC-1411 1.4x Teleconverter. This optic magnifies the image by 1.4x and retains full communication between the lens and camera body, enabling metering, autofocus, and image stabilization as well as the transmission of Exif data.

Purchased for use with my Leica CL and the Sigma 100-400mm. Taken trips to multiple National Parks now (Isle Royale & Congaree) and has done a great job capturing wildlife. Not too heavy or unwieldy.
As expected, the TC-1411 functions properly with the Sigma 100-400mm DG DN on my SL2. Stabilization is effective and there's no discernible loss of image quality when using the teleconverter. It is limted only by the mediocre optics of the 100-400mm. With only three lenses that the teleconverter can be paired with, one hopes that Sigma will eventually give it new life with the introduction of a long tele prime.
