The question is if this plate fits IN the Tilta baseplate, like: is it interchangeable with the original Titla plate? The answer givin by BH is if it fits ON the Tilta, which I'm sure it does on the bottom.

is there a way to remove the 3/8 screw and replace with a second 1/4-20 screw? Can't seem to get it to work w the 2x 1/4-20 mounting threads on this cage:

item specs need revising, says: "Tripod Mounting Cage: 1/4"-20 Thread, 3/8"-16 Thread, Built-In Arca-Type Plate" but the bottom is only 2x 1/4-20.
wondering if there's a different plate I could get that's 2x 1/4-20.
sliding the camera in sideways negates the use of the cage, since the battery port (for dummy batteries/external power, main reason to use a cage) becomes blocked by the tripod, and also, my lens support / rail system is 90 degrees in wrong direction when the camera is mounted sideways.
Yes, The 3/8 screw should be removable. If you can't remove it there are many other Arca Swiss plates that have a single 1/4 20 screw.
