Benro BAT One Series Tripod with VX20 Ballhea... Reviews
Great lightweight tripod with a couple issues
Pros: - 1/4 inch screw holes allow for connecting other things to the tripod like an extra arm - Double stacked center column allows it to get up to eye level for 6 foot tall person - Ball head is nice with dual panning features - Very lightweight and collapses very small - Carbon fiber pattern is attractive - Rubber grip on one leg makes holding it easy - Turns in to a monopod Cons - After using for short amount of time the screw hook in the bottom of the center column fell off and I couldn't find it. Had to order a replacement part from Benro which was expensive. - My tripod tipped over and somehow messed up on of the legs towards the top of the column and the leg is no longer at the same angle as the other legs. Something in the joint got messed up and there's no way to correct it even though nothing looks broken. I unscrewed everything and totally took it apart but no way to fix it.
Great Tripod
Very happy with this purchase. Set up is easy and seems very sturdy with my Canon 60D camera and 100-400mm lens. I like the compact size, versatility with monopod option as well. Look forward to using this for bird and other wildlife photography.
