One of your user feedbacks says it's not a true arca swiss head. So does that mean you cannot use with any other arca swiss accessory? Be good to clarify the difference between arca swiss and 'arca type'. Cheers
Benro VX20 is supposed to follow the arca standard. It could be that the head that reviewer received is defective or the Small Rig cage they are using is defective.
