Would this case fit a Litepanels Astra 6X packed in the same configuration as it fits in the IM2750?
Yes it should fit.
The Astra 6x is around 17.7 x 16.3 x 5.
And the Pelican case interior is 29 x 18 x 10.5".

Would this case fit a Litepanels Gemini 2x1? Perhaps with the yoke tiled slightly up?
This case has interior dimensions of 29 x 18 x 10.5". A Litepanels Gemini 2x1 is 25.0 x 12.5 x 6.5", it should fit fine.

Has anyone had difficulty flying with this case? Its measurements appear to be 1 inch over the 62 inch standard that most airlines will accept.
I have flown to Indonesia without a problem on United and then within Indonesia to Sulawesi on a small Batik Air plane. No one has measured it so I dont think its size draws attention. Maybe get green instead of bright yellow to draw less attention. :)
