The model DVLC1005Z is the model number for the charger, the battery pack has DMW-BLK22 model number on it and it should come with it.
DVLC1005Z and DMW-BTC15 are different. #C

The Panasonic DMW-BTC15 Battery Charger come with a AC Adapter. As long as the usb wall adapter you use is no less than 5 VDC at 1.8 A another should work. But Panasonic does not list exactly what third party will work.
