Included in this kit are the 8" EdgeHD optical tube, with a 90° diagonal and 40mm eyepiece, and the Advanced VX motorized equatorial mount, with a NextStar hand controller that has a database of over 40,000 objects and Sky Tour mode as well as a solid 2" stainless steel tripod.

Will this OTA fit on a Nexstar Evolution Mount?
No, the EdgeHD CGE 8" OTA 91030-XLT comes with the wider dovetail that cannot fit on the NexStar Evolution Mount, which accepts the skinnier CG-5 dovetail. The dovetail bar must be swapped in order to fit.
