Can the top clamp be removed, more importantly, can the top clamp be rotated by 90 degree and secured to allow mounting of a camera plate?
The Leofoto VH-30 Two-Way Monopod Head with 12" Panning Handle was updated over a year ago and now allows the clamp to be taken off and put on at 90 degrees.

As pictured, it could not be used with L-brackets ...
As pictured, it could not be used with L-brackets for up-down tilt. Can the Arca-style baseplate be re-indexed by 90 degrees, so that it runs parallel to the tilt axis?
