"Will this work for the red Komodo?" Is it just a cable/connection issue or a voltage/amp issue?
Yes, the Anton Bauer Titon Base Kit Battery will work with the RED Komodo. The cable/connection and voltage/amp requirements need to be met. Since the output voltage is 14.4V, all you need is a D-tap to 2-pin LEMO cable.

Can this also be used while charging on wall power, i.e. using it like a Canon DR-E6C DC Coupler?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge, as well as power a camera at the same time with the Anton/Bauer Titon Base Kit for Canon LP-E6-Powered Cameras. The kit will not work as a dummy battery coupler when connected to wall power.

It works with the R5. You will need a dummy battery cable for the Canon battery. Tip: make sure the R5 battery door is closed! There is a small flap on the R5 that allows you to pull the dummy battery cable through, and to close the battery compartment door on the R5. The R5 will NOT turn on if the battery compartment door is open or if its removed with the dummy battery inside.
