Great Installation

These patch panels are GREAT! No more standing behind the racks, leaning over hot switches, straining to place the wires on the panel, then punching them while watching the leads fly around. With the TruCable keystone jacks and EZ Termination tool, you can populate a jack in your hand, and with one squeeze of the ratchet tool, punch all eight wires at once, while watching the leads fall into the waste can. You can use different color jacks for different functions, move jacks around, and tell in an instant how many unused positions you have. I have upgraded panels for three customers, and when mounting your equipment, place the panel next to the switch, then you can use 6” jumpers. I only wish TrendNet had a plastic overlay, so the top row numbers would be odd and the bottom row even, to match the switches.
