Improved processing, greater versatility, but familiar in design, the Nikon Z 7II takes everything that was great from the original and ups its capabilities even more. Sporting a high-resolution 45.7MP FX-format BSI CMOS sensor and dual EXPEED 6 image processors, the Z 7II is clearly aimed at the detail-obsessed image-maker.

Is nikon Z7II compatible with Nikon 300mm f/4 PF ED VR and nikon FTZ adapter and Nikon TC20E III teleconverter?
Asked by: Steven
Yes all of that is compatible, the widest aperture you'll have is f/8, the continuous auto focus is a little jittery so it may not be great for tracking wild life if that's the plan. Otherwise it's a great combo!

What is the frame rate when shooting TIFF (not RAW), or just JPEG Fine/Large and Continuous Focus? Can the Z7 II achieve 10 frames per second on Continuous focus with any format other than RAW?
Asked by: Keith
The 10 fps rate is for 12 bit RAW. It shoots 9 fps with 14 bit lossless compressed. Focus is continuous and exposure is continuously adjusted. Once the buffer is filled, the frame rate does slow but it's still up to a respectable 5.5 fps with a full buffer depending on your card. If you choose a slow/cheap CFExpress or SD card, you'll have the same initial burst speed but once the buffer is full it gets much slower. Get a premium card like the Sony Tough, Delkin Power, or ProGrade Cobalt for peak speed.
