Belkin BoostCharge Lightning Male to USB-A Ma... Reviews
Given wrong information
I contacted this company after finding the Elements Hand Warmer and Power Bank that I'd bought sometime in the past and stored in my car. It didn't have a charger cord with it. I wanted the specific charger cord so that it would work correctly. They told me to get the one I'm reviewing. It's a good cord but not the right connectors for the device. Best Buy figured out what I needed and I bought a cord from them. Now I have an extra charging cord that I can't use.
Hoped this Belkin cord would be better, but no!
I have been using Belkin cords for years. I had normally purchased the corded type, but found that they would always fray after a short amount of time. I used to buy them for the whole family of six, but no longer. I happened upon the Belkin Lightning to USB A cable with the cord with the rubber type instead of the braided cord. So far there are no frays. However the contacts on the lightning connector are not reaching properly inside my Apple Products, and thus, not charging fully or are turning of and on with the slightest touch. I was hoping this one would finally be a winner (after so much money wasted), but alas it is not.
