The 11 x 11" Softbox 500 from GVM is fabric that attaches to the barndoors of a 480LS, 560AS, or 800D RGB Series LED light to create a softbox. Designed to soften the light quality of the bright LEDs, it has four support corner guards and a front diffuser cloth. The cloth attaches directly to the barndoors of your panel light without the need for removal, simplifying installation. A fabric grid is provided to eliminate spill light and enable selective lighting. It will be a very tight fit not recommended. This Angler Collapsible Softbox BH #ANLEDSB1818
will work very well with the 672S

Can this softbox be used with other panel lights that are close in size? Is the mounting style unique to GVM, or will it work with other brands too? Thanks!
I would think that it could be used with other panel lights of similar size. They are soft-sided and held in place by velcro strips. Once the sides are put on, the filter is also applied with velcro.

Not sure about this, but on my 800D's - which they are made for - the fit is snug. If the 1000D has different physical dimensions, chiefly if they are LARGER, then I would think they would not be a good fit.
