The blue BYOB 10 Camera Insert from Tenba is designed to carry and protect a camera and gear inside other non-camera bags including larger backpacks, suitcases, or handbags. Its soft outer shell molds to the shape of many different types of bags. The BYOB 10 will hold a DSLR or mirrorless camera body with up to 4 lenses and accessories including an attached 24-70mm f/2.8. Padded interior dividers are adjustable to fit multiple configurations and the soft-brushed tricot-lined interior will not scratch your equipment. The insert features a zippered top cover that can be folded back and stowed to allow easy access to your gear plus a handle for carrying and quick removal of the insert. Stretch mesh pockets provide a place to store your phone, camera and lens accessories, or other items. The zippered interior pockets secure smaller more valuable items. In addition there are front and rear pockets for acessories and a D-ring to attach keys, a carabiner, or a tethered media wallet.

Good way to convert an existing bag to a camera bag
This is a good way to protect your camera equipment inside an existing bag, and retain the ability to use the bag for other tasks. The insert is well made, nicely cushioned, and has a lot of moveable dividers you can use to configure it the best way for your specific equipment. If you can match equipment, insert size, and bag properly, this is a good way to carry equipment without a dedicated camera bag. Two things I'd like to see-- 1) it would be nice to have a couple dedicated memory card pockets somewhere on the insert 2) the pictures show a water bottle in one of the mesh end pockets, and I want to use a pocket for that, but the pockets on my insert aren't big enough for a typical water bottle.
Easy to move padding to fit what I needed
I got this bag for an upcoming trip where I'll be in a city and also hiking. I wanted to be able to keep my gear simple and flexible. I like that I can customize all of the padding to best fit my gear for a travel day or to fit my camera with a lens on to take out and use quickly. I like the size of this bag for my Nikon D850 with a prime 35 mm lens and an 85mm lens as well as a flash, the charger, memory cards, and an extra battery. I watched a few videos before buying to see if I could fit all of that - and it fit! I'm happy with this because padding can be arranged on all sides. My smaller shoulder camera bag has padding on the bottom and sides but not the top and I like that this has enough for all of the spots!
