Padded interior dividers are adjustable to fit multiple configurations and the soft-brushed tricot-lined interior will not scratch your equipment. The insert features a zippered top cover that can be folded back and stowed to allow easy access to your gear plus a handle for carrying and quick removal of the insert. Stretch mesh pockets provide a place to store your phone, camera and lens accessories, or other items. The zippered interior pockets secure smaller more valuable items. I can fit my small mirrorless camera, charger, extra batteries and SD card case in this bag. It then fits in my backpack instead of having an extra bag that shouts out I have an expensive camera and protects my equipment! Also, then doesn't count as an extra carryon! Win, win!

I love this thing! I have such a big collection of bags already, and I love that this can slide inside my different hiking packs and travel bags. I am able to fit a whole heck of alot in here too - My Lumix GX85, 25mm f1.7, 14-150mm zoom, 12-32mm and 45-150mm kit zooms, GoWing lens flipper, 2 PeakDesign Leashes, wrist strap, CPL, step up rings, SD cards, cleaning brush, charger, and a few more bits and bobs all fit inside. I feel like my gear is well protected and organized.

Is a Nikon D750 considered a compact DSLR? Trying to find something to hold a D750, 50mm and a 24-120 for travel.
The D750 is 4.5" tall, and the BYOB 9 Camera Insert is 4" deep. So it would be a little too much. However, if you're looking for something in between the BYOB 9 and 10, the BYOB 9 DSLR Backpack insert would fit your kit. The only differences are that it has a vertical orientation, and it does not accept a shoulder strap.
