Does the 12mm lens have a lot of distortion? And if I converted the Canon 5D Mark III to PL Mount would it hit the mirror?
The DZOFilm VESPID 12mm T2.8 Cine Lens would not have distortion. For mounting to the Canon 5D Mark III the lens currently comes with the DZOFilm EF-Mount Tool Kit for Vespid, Catta Ace, Gnosis Lenses.

On DZO's website, they say this lens has a 50mm Image Circle. The Specs Tab here says Full Frame. Which is correct?
The DZOFilm VESPID 35mm T2.1 Lens (PL & EF Mounts) covers a Vista Vision sensor and has the image circle coverage of 46.5mm, which also means it can be used on a full-frame sensor that is 36 x 24mm (photography standard full frame).
