These inkjet cartridges are all I use with my Canon Pro 200 printer. They are consistent in results and B&H shipping has been quick and reliable. It’s why I keep coming back!.

Disappointment – Missing grey

By Sandi

I purchased the Canon CLI-65 8-Color Value Pack for my PIXMA PRO-200, expecting a complete set to get my printer up and running. This pack is advertised as a full replacement solution, including Black, Gray, Light Gray, Cyan, Photo Cyan, Magenta, Photo Magenta, and Yellow.  However, my pack arrived missing the Grey (GY) cartridge, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a Value Pack. The Issues: Renders Pack Useless: The PIXMA PRO-200 requires all eight cartridges to be present and functional to print. Without the Grey tank, I cannot run the printer at all, leaving me with seven expensive ink tanks that I can't even use yet. Incomplete Set: While the pack contained the Light Gray, Black, and various Cyans/Magentas, the standard Grey is a core component for the PRO-200’s grayscale and color depth. Poor Quality Control: For a premium professional ink set at this price point, missing an entire tank is unacceptable. Final Verdict: If you are a photographer or artist relying on this for a deadline, be very careful. Check your box immediately upon arrival. Because of the missing Grey tank, this Value Pack provided zero value and caused a massive headache. I now have to source a single Grey cartridge separately just to make the other seven work. Pros: High-quality ink (when actually present). Cons: Missing critical components, poor packaging oversight, expensive paperweights until the set is complete. I tried to print with the old gray and its place, but there was not enough ink.

How many prints can I do with this pack of cartridges?
Asked by: Marcelo
I have had the Canon Pixma Pro 200 for a couple of months. I have counted the number of prints but I am pleasantly surprised about how long the inks have lasted. I think in part it is because there are eight tanks. As a guess I have printed about 25 13" X 19" prints and I still have at least 1/3 left in most of the tanks.

Is this the new Chromalife 100+ ink or the older Chromalife 100? It does not indicate anywhere in the description or the packaging that it is the new 100+.
Asked by: Donna
The Pro200 can only use the CLI-65 inks and all CLI-65 inks are Chromalife100+.

How many pages can you expect to print from these "tanks"? Is the capacity more "tank"-like or smaller, like traditional cartridges?
Asked by: Bill
Total prints have not been specified by the manufacturer. The term tank is a generic word alternative to the word cartridge. The total mil on the ink is 12.6 which is a standard ink cartridge/tank for this type printer.
