This 19.5V Regulated D-Tap Power Cable from SmallRig converts the voltage from a D-Tap source to the 19.5V required to power your PXW-FX9 camera. The cable measures 15.7" in length and enables you to power your camera using a professional, high-capacity V-mount or Gold mount battery with a D-Tap output. If you insert the D-Tap end the wrong way, an LED will light up red to indicate the wrong polarity.

Yes it does, just received it and it works perfect. Also it's the same item number on smallrig's site and they label it as FX6 as well.

Could this be used to power an LG 4k monitor with a 19v DC barrel power input, like the LG 27UL650-W? If not, any idea if there is an adapter that could?
The SmallRig 19.5V Regulated D-Tap Power Cable for Sony PXW-FX9 (B&H# SM2932) is regulated to deliver the correct voltage (19.5VDC) and to support the appropriate amperage draw for the FX9. It is likely the case that the same barrel plug (and voltage and supported amperage) will also work for many other applications. Unfortunately, neither manufacturer supplies any plug/pin/hole size specifications nor amperage draw specifications. Since using an off-label item inappropriately for powering your monitor could result in damage (and could also void the warranty), we are unable to recommend it.
