needed a replacement for my 1650 case. i got the good stiff foam. i know sometimes there is the softer foam that dosent seem to hold up too well. no matter the foam i never pluck a wall down to a width of 2 squares as it just cant hold together. 3squares seems to be a solid wall though.

Does B&H have a partner that can Laser Cut a custom insert for the foam/case?
No. In fact, there is no vendor for that type of service. Even if there was, it would cost much more than the foam, itself. Do what I did - layout the cubes of foam you want pulled, then pay a kid to pull the cubes to spec.
