Can I use this cable to go from my pickup jack in my guitar to two amps?

The Hosa Technology STP-204 Stereo 1/4" Male to 2 Mono 1/4" Male Y-Cable will only work with your guitar if it is wired with a stereo output signal which is not a common configuration for a typical electric guitar. If your guitar has standard wiring with mono output signal, the Hosa Technology 1/4" Male to Two 1/4" Female Y-Cable (B&H # HOYCPM2PF) would be the more ideal solution to split the guitar's signal out to two amplifiers at the same time. Standard instrument cables can be used to connect from the female jacks on the Y-cable to the input jack on each amplifier.

If your monitor outputs are broken into unbalance Left and Right and all the plugs fit, then you should be good to go
